CSI Protection: Cyber Social Identity and Personal Protection

This is a  6-hour course scheduled over 2 days -  class dates 8/28/2023 & 8/29/2023 class times 9am - 12pm. The course is designed to educate agents and brokers to understand how real estate safety and security policies and procedures, when followed carefully and consistently, can reduce their and their business’ exposure and that of their clients to criminal activity, physical threats and cybercrime. As an interactive curriculum using real life examples the course instructs brokers and agents on how to avoid the risks associated with the residential real estate industry, an increasing target of cybercrime. Policies and procedures are discussed to limit the chance of broker and agent liability, reduce client liability, as well as to reduce the potential for personal injury and property loss on the part of agents, brokers, buyers and sellers. This course serves to raise awareness of the risks involved in marketing real estate and how to eliminate or reduce those risks.
