About Dues and Fees
The total amount shown applies to new members. If you are reinstating your membership, please contact us for the appropriate total. Orange County REALTORS® dues may be paid by AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, or Cash.
Affiliate Member for Life
Affiliates who have served the Association for a minimum of twenty-five (25) years cumulative shall be
eligible for Affiliate Member-for-Life. Upon approval, Local Association dues shall be deemed paid in full for life (commencing the year following approval) and the Affiliate Member-for-Life shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of OC REALTOR® Affiliate membership. Application interviews must be conducted by OC REALTORS® by October 1st of each year. IMPORTANT: Applications must be approved by the last OC REALTORS® Board of Directors meeting of the current year to be waived for the following year.
