zipForm® Plus is a web-based application that provides REALTORS® with access to C.A.R. standard forms - it’s a free member benefit. Learn to set-up your account and navigate this essential tool. After class, you’ll be able to efficiently complete contracts using its fast-fill functionality as well as send and receive signed forms electronically. Please bring your laptop to class.

Course will cover:
  • Online registration, set-up, and menu navigation
  • Editing your zipForm® profile with your photo, email signature, and updating settings
  • Creating a transaction
  • Creating templates and clauses
  • How to use Forms Advisor, a program within zipForm® that identifies the forms recommended for your transaction
  • Introduction to setting up digital signatures with Digital Ink
