Michael Soon Lee, Ph.D., CRS, GRI, has been a real estate broker for over thirty years. He is a nationally-recognized speaker and multicultural consultant who has spoken at fourteen NAR conventions and at many state association of Realtors conventions across the country. Dr. Lee is the author of nine books including, "Cross-Cultural Selling for Dummies" and "Black Belt Negotiating". He has presented "At Home With Diversity" for decades and his updated program helps agents understand how real estate professionals have affected fair housing in America and social justice issues.
