Notice of Potential Exposure to COVID-19 & In Person Meeting Moratorium

To: Marketing Meeting Attendees, Facilitators, or other persons accessing the Properties who may have been exposed to COVID-19.

This notification is to let you know that Orange County REALTORS® has been informed that a person who has/had COVID-19 was present at the worksite during the infectious period for that individual. You may have been exposed to COVID-19 if you were on the Properties on any of the following dates: 7/28/21 and 7/29/21. The individual tested negative and was asymptomatic for COVID-19 following the meeting on 7/30/21, but the individual has re-tested and tested positive on 8/3/21.

Orange County REALTORS® disinfection and safety plan, which is consistent with guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control, includes the following: employee training, guidance for use of face coverings, engineering controls including installation of plexiglass partitions and update to HVAC systems, cleaning and disinfecting protocols, and adherence to other guidance issued by local, state and federal authorities.

Whether you are an employee, independent contractor, or visitor to the Properties during the time specified above, you should consult with your own medical provider to determine what, if any, actions you should take to protect yourself and those around you from this potential exposure to COVID-19. Orange County REALTORS® has been advised and, in light of the changed circumstances, has determined that no in person meetings, including marketing meetings, will be held for the next two weeks. ALL marketing meetings will return to a virtual format until further notice.
