How do I sign up for the Supra eKEY service?

Contact us for assistance.  We assign the eKEY serial number and you finish the billing process. For more information, please visit How to Setup Supra.  

Where do I buy a Supra lockbox?

They are available at both of our locations: Fountain Valley and Laguna Hills 

How do I pay for the key service?

The initial payment for the Supra eKEY service will be done during the set up process.  For more information, please visit How to Setup Supra.

If you need to update the credit card on file for Supra, you can open the eKEY application and press the MORE button on the bottom right corner.  Choose UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION and follow the prompts.  For further assistance, please watch this video.  

If there is a past due balance for the Supra eKEY account, a red banner will appear in the eKEY app.  Tap the RED box and follow the prompts.  The billing information page will appear showing the amount due.  If the payment is overdue by 25 days or more, a late fee of $25 will be added to the account.  After payment has been processed and assuming your CRMLS account with us is in good standing, the eKEY will operate normally.  For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.”

What cellphone permissions does the Supra eKEY app require in order to operate it correctly?

Bluetooth and Location Services.  Recommended: Cellular data (for showing updates and updating the app out in the field) and Notifications (for reminding one to provide feedback to listing agent and which agents have accessed your lockbox). 

Who do I contact if I forgot my 4-digit PIN?

Within the OBTAIN KEY screen, there is a link under the PIN window “Forgot PIN?”  Click this link and follow the prompts.  For further assistance, either contact us during our normal business hours or refer to this video

Who do I contact if I forgot my 4-digit shackle code to my lockbox(es)?

  1. Through the Supra eKEY application, choose MY LOCKBOXES.  Choose the desired lockbox serial number and then choose PROGRAM LOCKBOX.  Your shackle code will be displayed in the screen. 

  2. Please contact us during our normal business hours for assistance.
