We assign Supra eKEYs to those who have an active MLS account with us and have this type of membership:
- Primary and secondary REALTOR members with a paid CRMLS account with us;
- MLS-only brokers and salespersons that have a paid CRMLS account with us;
- Appraisers that have a paid CRMLS account with us.
If you have one of these type of memberships, please download the Supra eKEY application onto your cell phone and then contact us for assistance during our business hours. We will verify your membership, your mobile number, and your email address.
Once this is done, the staff member will temporarily assign you Supra eKEY serial number. The Supra eKEY serial number will be assigned to your Orange County REALTORS User ID but will not be activated until you follow the instructions within the text message and the email provided to you from Supra. This email will also provide you with an authorization number and a 4-digit PIN that may differ from the one that you provided to us on your application.
You will be asked to input the authorization number into the Supra eKEY application on your mobile device, agree to the terms and conditions of use (EULA), choose the level of Supra eKEY service (see below), your credit card number that you wish to be billed for the Supra eKEY service and your credit card's billing address.
This will need to be completed within five (5) days to avoid the Supra eKEY serial number from being dropped.
