The need for creative ways to access the capital necessary to close deals is always an important skill set to possess, but it becomes even more essential as interest rates get higher. In the past, learning the tools used by markets similar to ours (such as mortgage assumption, wrap around mortgages, seller financing, etc.) have survived and thrived. Now, the new options that exist will give agents the ability to adapt and dominate in a market most agents are unprepared for.
