Lorraine has been in Escrow for 20 years now and the last 15 as a Manager. She has experience on all types of transactions (land, mobile home, probate, commercial, bulk but primarily works on resale). Clients range from Investors, Private Bankers, Brokers, REALTORS®, Loan Officers, Attorneys etc. Lorraine fell into escrow and over the years it has become her passion and chosen career. Lorraine married her high school sweetheart at 20 and they have two handsome boys, Jack and Charlie. Also, 2 corgis, 2 hamsters, 6 chickens and a cat. Her Escrow desk and home is full of chaos… just how she likes it!
